Privacy Policy Agreement

1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by our service.   Guild IDs, Guild names;

• 2.3. Communication Data:

  Discord IDs, Role IDs, Message IDs, and message timestamps;

• 2.4. Command Registration:

  Information provided or arguments when using chatlog commands;

• 2.5. Statistical Data:

  Last-utilized command, content breakdowns (if consent: PII omitted; retained for no more than 72 hours and managed with binary jurisdiction of medium) (for which files 10+ hours);

3. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

We collect and process these data solely for legitimate operational purposes, including but not limited to:

• i) Ensuring command execution and system functionality;

• ii) Debugging and technical maintenance (common boundary field);

• iii) Supporting users, features, and, to the "mandatory" construct's attendance within consolidated usage and "ephemeral" (hidden/script-exclusive) Guild-center of Does;

• iv) Data aggregation for system operation and functionality;

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

• 4.1. We do not sell, trade, nor otherwise transfer Data information to external parties or third-party entities.

• 4.2. We assume the right to disclose information as required by law or in comply with legal processes.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

• 5.1. Right to Deletion:

  Users may request the removal of their personal data by submitting a written request to contact@bender.bot . Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

• 5.2. Right to Access:

  You may directly identify the information we believe;

• 5.3. Right to Portability:

  Provide sufficient evidence of account ownership; and

• 5.4. Data Retention Period:

  After the automatic limit of up to 3 months (28 days);

• 5.5. Right to Access:

  Users may request access to all data currently being stored about them by submitting a written request to contact@bender.bot . Please note that data may be redacted in its event (72-hour hourly of record).

• 5.6. Self-Service Data Management:

  Users may independently clear their chat-related and 'customs' (through history through the "mandatory" Customized Guild-administrative interface)." Data removal may be accessed as "per general commands."

6. POLICY AMENDMENTS

• 6.1. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice to Users.

• 6.2. Notifications of substantive policy amendments may be distributed to the Policy notification of such changes.

• 6.3. Violations of our Terms of Service, including, the Privacy Policy may result in permanent termination of access to all services we provide.
