Terms of Service Agreement

  You are responsible for all activity associated with your use of the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment, spamming, and distributing illegal content.

  You must comply with the terms and conditions of all third-party services you use in connection with the Service (e.g., Discord's Terms of Service).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the Service functionality at any time.

In no event shall **bender.bot** be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. TERMINATION

• 6.1. By User:

  You may stop using the Service at any time.

• 6.2. By **bender.bot**:

  We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

• 6.3. Effect of Termination:

  Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 4, 5, and 7 shall survive any termination.
